Problems using python 3.7 on heroku

I'm doing a project in nodejs but I also use python to streamline some things, but when trying to deploy with python 3.7.9 as indicated in https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/python-support#supported-runtimes but when the deploy starts this error jumps I already have the requirements.txt and the runtime.txt
-----> Python app detected
! Requested runtime (python-3.7.9) is not available for this stack (heroku-18).

! Push rejected, failed to compile Python app.
